SOLOS is a FREE support group for adults grieving the death of loved ones who died by suicide. Teens are welcome with a parent/guardian. This is a drop in group, and there is no commitment required to attend. We honor that everyone grieves differently and we will meet you where you are at. If it is your first time coming, please let us know so we can help you be comfortable at your first meeting. Please feel free to reach out with questions.
