When a worker is hurt on site or heaven forbit killed or dies by suicide, we all feel it. We slow down our work, we get lost in what happened, what we could have or should have done. For some of us, we get so lost in those thoughts so much so, that we get depressed and lose our drive to thrive. What we don’t feel is the weight each worker is dealing with off the jobsite. That is what really affects our productivity, drive, and job or career satisfaction. In today’s work force it is hard to find quality, dedicated, competent workers, so why aren’t we investing in the workers who are, who do show up for us?

The THH Conference can be partially attended because maybe someone need help in Social and Occupational Wellness or Budgeting (Financial Wellness) and nothing else.
